I booked an event package through onlocationexp.com it was just kinda underwhelming for the price. The booking process itself was easy enough, so no real issue there, but the extras didn’t really feel all that special. A few things were basic and I kept thinking, okay… this is what I paid that much for? it wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but for me, the overall value just wasn’t really there

They handled our event access really well overall. There was a small wait at check-in, but nothing too frustrating, and everything got sorted out quickly. In the end, it was a smooth experience.

I had to cancel my order, and getting the refund sorted was more hassle than it should’ve been. The replies were slow, and I ended up having to follow up more than once. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it was definitely frustrating

I contacted support, and those geniuses just told me to keep waiting, which was completely useless. The tickets finally arrived so close to the event that I was stressed out the whole time. the whole thing felt like a headache and not worth the hassle. I wouldn’t use them again if getting tickets on time actually matters...

The staff were polite overall, and the first person I talked to was calm and easy to deal with. They answered my questions without making me feel rushed, which I appreciated.

After that, though, things felt a little less organized. I had to repeat myself a couple of times, and it kind of felt like I was being passed around without anyone fully knowing the details.
